When managing house clearances, we employ a straightforward calculation: Value of Contents minus Transportation and Waste Disposal Costs.

This means that if items within a property clearance are deemed valuable or saleable, they can be resold in our Auction House.

 

This can directly contribute to reducing your overall clearance costs. some of our house clearances have resulted in zero charges or, in certain instances, us paying you, the customer, for the opportunity to manage the clearance.
